So, they went online and found this piece of fanart from IGN. After getting the drawers permission, they published the art without bothering to check for watermarks, which IGN does to prevent theft of Fanart. NOA apologized and removed the IGN symbol from new versions, giving anyone who bought it a free new case in return for the erred one and thus made it a collector's item.
